Baseline terms for using the static RadioMap service.
Service
These terms apply to radiomap24.com, operated by ZENIT GROUP S.A.S. RadioMap provides a static interface for discovering third-party radio streams.
RadioMap does not own or operate listed stations and does not guarantee stream availability, catalogue completeness, suitability or country-by-country rights.
User-initiated playback
Audio begins only after a deliberate station choice or Play action. Choosing a station or pressing Play connects your browser to the station’s stream provider, which receives the network request. That third party may apply its own terms, privacy practices, restrictions and advertising.
No recording or interference
RadioMap does not provide recording, downloading, clipping, stream extraction or rebroadcast functionality. Users must not overload the service, bypass security controls, remove required attribution or use it to infringe third-party rights.
Direct third-party requests
The interactive map requests tiles from OpenFreeMap. Choosing a station or pressing Play sends a separate request directly from the browser to the station or its stream host. RadioMap does not control those third parties, and their own terms and privacy information may apply.
Future advertising
RadioMap is currently ad-free. Any future Google advertising, consent-management platform or non-essential measurement remains pending account approval, human legal review, current-framework verification, public disclosures and an owner-approved release gate. Rejecting optional advertising or measurement must not block the core map, search, station list or direct player.
Children and changes
RadioMap is a general-audience radio discovery service and is not designed to solicit personal information from children. The age treatment and any region-specific requirements remain pending human legal review.
Material service or monetization changes require updated terms and review before activation.

Podcasts
The service also links to third-party podcast feeds and episodes. Starting audio or requesting additional episodes connects directly to a publisher or its host. RadioMap does not guarantee that an episode remains available or is authorized in every territory. The publisher’s terms, privacy practices and advertising can apply.
Green map points represent country collections based on publisher-declared creator or subject locations. They are not precise studio locations, and a show can appear in several country collections.
