Rights boundaries for RadioMap, catalogue data and third-party audio.
RadioMap materials
The original RadioMap interface, code, design, text and local graphics are owned or controlled by ZENIT GROUP S.A.S. or used under applicable licences.
Catalogue and audio are separate
Radio Browser’s official API page permits its catalogue data to be used in free and non-free software and permits mirroring. That permission does not grant rights in a station’s audio, logo, trademark, programme, schedule or website.
No audio hosting
RadioMap does not host, record, download, transcode or rebroadcast station audio. Station names are used for identification and navigation; station logos are not used in the launch baseline.
Rights concerns
Send a correction, suppression or removal request to [email protected] with the station UUID or page URL and a concise explanation.
Podcast metadata and audio rights
Podcast Index permits mirroring and use of its published open datasets. RadioMap uses factual show metadata and its own directory text. It does not host podcast artwork, copy full show descriptions, record episodes, rehost audio or insert advertisements into the audio.
Podcast titles identify the third-party shows. Audio, artwork and trademarks remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. A listing, open feed or dataset permission is not a blanket licence to redistribute or monetize that content and does not imply endorsement. Availability and regional restrictions are controlled by the publisher and audio host.
